ZUMBA CLASSES

Class type may vary depending on teacher availability

Co-ed Room & Ladies Only Room available 1st & 2nd class Free

$25/month or $5/class for any Zumba or Zumba Strong 1 hour class

Monday 12 pm - Sculpted is a total body strength class to increase muscle mass using weights, body weight and varied equipment such as bands, ab ball, etc.

Wednesday 12 pm Zumba Fitness*

Friday 12 pm Cardio Sculpt & Stretch (cardio w/weights/strength & 30 min yoga type stretching-bring yoga mat)

Tuesday/Thursday 5:15pm Zumba Fitness*

*Zumba Fitness-Exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning, dance fitness class that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.

Zumba Strong: Monday 5:15pm FLC 208 & Saturday 10:15am

FLC 213 (bring yoga mat)

Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio & plyometric training moves synced to original music. Provides a high intensity workout with muscle conditioning. Intense but can be modified to accommodate various fitness levels.

GENTLE CHAIR YOGA

$5/class

Thursdays January 30, February 6 & 13

Class break February 20 & 27, classes resume in March

Gentle chair yoga is safe, relaxing, & slow-paced while incorporating gentle poses and breathing exercises.

GENTLE YOGA FOR WOMEN

$15/month OR $5/class – Den Tuesdays 6:15-7:15pm

Gentle yoga stretching with a Christian message for mid-week encouragement and fellowship.  Exercises are performed in chairs and on mats.  Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
