Sculpted - Total body strength class to increase muscle mass using weights, body weight & varied equipment such as bands, ab ball, etc.
Cardio Sculpt & Stretch - cardio w/weights/strength & 30 min yoga type stretching-bring yoga mat
Zumba Fitness - Exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning, dance fitness class that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.
Zumba Strong Nation - Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio & plyometric training moves synced to original music. Provides a high intensity workout with muscle conditioning. Intense but can be modified to accommodate various fitness levels, bring yoga mat.
